Leaving Christchurch early, we will drive to Murchison. After a 1 hr 30m track to Lake Matiri Hut we will continue on to Poor Pete's hut a further 3hrs away.  Sunday will take us to Larrikin creek hut.

An early rise Monday for the trip home.  Huts have only 2 or 4 bunks so tents required.
